My wife wouldn't drive our 500. We saw the Silent Classics kit and decided to do the DIY install at home, I'm fairly hands on and enjoyed the installation. It is so much easier to drive now. No clutch and no gears. We had a few small issues installing the kit which were resolved very quickly by the team at Silent Classics. Safe to say I'm glad we did it and I'm a petrol head at heart!

I had my local garage install the kit. The car had to undergo a bit more work on top of the conversion. We ended up fitting new front discs brakes and rack and pinion steering. It is now such a pleasure to drive. We get lots of smiles and waves everywhere we go!

I fitted it myself in my own garage. I used the youtube video and the instruction manual and when I got stuck on the wiring loom routing someone picked up the phone on a Saturday. That support was worth the price on its own.
